Volunteer’s Camping Application

If you do not require a campsite, no further action is required – please submit the form above.

Note: Please do NOT request a campsite simply to park your car – you can access the inner circuit to park your car adjacent to the Volunteer Shed’ without the need for a car pass.

If you require a campsite, please read the camping notes below and complete this section.

Note: Camping is available for out of town officials and volunteers only.

Camping Notes

All volunteers (‘out of town’) are provided with a complimentary campsite in the Official’s Campground.
Please note your vehicle must fit completely within your allocated site otherwise must be parked in the adjacent car park. Please do not attempt to park a vehicle on a campsite not allocated to you.
Each site can accommodate approximately 4 people depending on vehicle size and camping equipment.
Power is readily available throughout the Official’s Campground.
You can request a specific campsite number, with sites to be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
For non-camping volunteers there is car parking in the Outer Paddock (inner circuit).
Vehicle passes are not required to enter the Campground or Outer Paddock.
