EVENT PLACEMENT INFORMATION

  • ACCREDITATION CENTRE – 5 DAYS*. SHIFT AM: 6.00am–6.00pm
  • Competitor Liaison – 4 DAYS. SHIFT AM: 6.00am–6.00pm
  • VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN – 5 DAYS.SHIFT: 5.00am – 7.00pm with regular time off.
  • Competitor Check-in – 2 DAYS. Wednesday and Friday ONLY- 8.00am till 5.00pm

Volunteer’s Camping Application

If you do not require a campsite, no further action is required – please submit the form above.

Note: Please do NOT request a campsite simply to park your car – you can access the inner circuit to park your car adjacent to the Volunteer Shed’ without the need for a car pass.

If you require a campsite, please read the camping notes below and complete this section.

Note: Camping is available for out of town officials and volunteers only.

Camping Notes
  • All volunteers (‘out of town’) are provided with a complimentary campsite in the Official’s Campground.
  • Please note your vehicle must fit completely within your allocated site otherwise must be parked in the adjacent car park. Please do not attempt to park a vehicle on a campsite not allocated to you.
  • Each site can accommodate approximately 4 people depending on vehicle size and camping equipment.
  • Power is readily available throughout the Official’s Campground.
  • You can request a specific campsite number, with sites to be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • For non-camping volunteers there is car parking in the Outer Paddock (inner circuit).
  • Vehicle passes are not required to enter the Campground or Outer Paddock.
