We appreciate all applications from MA Officials and other Volunteers and look forward to seeing you in 2024.

Online applications will open for the 2024 Event in June.

Bathurst highly values all Motorsport Australia Officials and any Volunteers who would like to join our friendly event team.

Officials required for motorsport activities who have a Motorsport Australia accreditation.

Volunteers Application will be on this link from June 2024

Volunteers required to assist in positions that do not require official accreditation. Volunteers can also receive training for obtaining MA accreditation.

Officials and Volunteers are now being sought for the 2024 Event with a recruitment target of 200 personnel. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team, meet new friends and experience all the motorsport action up close and personal, you are welcome to join us!


Each official and volunteer will receive the following benefits at the 2023 Event.

  • Accreditation

  • Event Shirt (2 shirts provided to those who are volunteering for two or more days)

  • Event Hat (Cap or Bucket Hat)

  • Event Handbook

  • Campground Site (for ‘out of town’ personnel)

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily plus evening drinks 

  • Dinner, subject to change: Thursday: BBQ; Friday: Pizza; Saturday: Chicken; Sunday: BBQ. Click to view Meals Menu

  • Appreciation Lap of Mount Panorama during the Event (excludes those who received a ride at previous events) provided by Fastrack V8 Race experience


  • No Outer Paddock vehicle passes will be issued as they are not required to enter the circuit

Welcome Officials and Volunteers.

Previous officials will be notified in late June and invited to apply for the 2024 Event.
