Challenge Bathurst highly values all Motorsport Australia Officials and any Volunteers who would like to join our friendly event team. The annual Event has with a recruitment target of 200+ personnel. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team, meet new friends and experience all the motorsport action up close and personal, you are welcome to join us!

When 2025 Applications Open in June - Volunteers to assist in positions that do not require official accreditation use this link.
Volunteers can also receive training for obtaining Motorsport Australia accreditation.
Benefits
Each official and volunteer will receive the following benefits at the Event.
- Accreditation
- Event Shirt (2 shirts provided to those who are volunteering for two or more days)
- Event Hat (Cap or Bucket Hat)
- Event Handbook
- Campground Site (for ‘out of town’ personnel)
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily plus evening drinks
- Dinner, subject to change: Thursday: BBQ; Friday: Pizza; Saturday: Chicken; Sunday: BBQ.
- For all new officials - Appreciation Lap of the Mount Panorama Racing Circuit in a Fastrack V8 Racecar at the conclusion of the Event on Sunday afternoon
Notes:
- No Outer Paddock vehicle passes will be issued as they are not required to enter the circuit
