Online applications open now for MA Officials and other Volunteers

Challenge Bathurst highly values all Motorsport Australia Officials and any Volunteers who would like to join our friendly event team. Officials and Volunteers are now being sought for the 2024 Event with a recruitment target of 200 personnel. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team, meet new friends and experience all the motorsport action up close and personal, you are welcome to join us!

Officials who have a Motorsport Australia accreditation use this link.

Volunteers to assist in positions that do not require official accreditation use this link.

Volunteers can also receive training for obtaining MA accreditation.

Benefits

Each official and volunteer will receive the following benefits at the 2024 Event.

  • Accreditation
  • Event Shirt (2 shirts provided to those who are volunteering for two or more days)
  • Event Hat (Cap or Bucket Hat)
  • Event Handbook
  • Campground Site (for ‘out of town’ personnel)
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily plus evening drinks

  • Appreciation Lap of Mount Panorama during the Event (excludes those who received a ride at previous events) provided by Fastrack Experiences

Notes:

  • No Outer Paddock vehicle passes will be issued as they are not required to enter the circuit

Previous officials and volunteers will be contacted in June and invited to apply for the 2024 Event.
